DELOYCHEET DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Deloycheet, Inc. formed Deloycheet Development Corporation, Inc. (DDC) on July 1, 2006, as a management holding company. DDC was created to oversee the marketing, business development and management services of Deloycheet, Inc.'s current and future subsidiaries. Deloycheet Investments, Inc. are the only subsidiaries of Deloycheet Development Corp., Inc. at this time.

A five-member initial Board of Directors was established. The Deloycheet, Inc. Board of Directors will appoint the official five-member Board of Directors of DDC at their November, 2006, meeting.
