DELOYCHEET DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Deloycheet, Inc. formed Deloycheet Development Corporation, Inc. (DDC) on July 1, 2006, as a management holding company. DDC was created to oversee the marketing, business development and management services of Deloycheet, Inc.'s current and future subsidiaries. Deloycheet Technical Services, Inc., Deloycheet Enterprises, Inc. and Deloycheet Properties, Inc. are the only subsidiaries of Deloycheet Development Corp., Inc. at this time.

A five-member initial Board of Directors was established. The Deloycheet, Inc. Board of Directors will appoint the official five-member Board of Directors of DDC at their November, 2006, meeting.

DDC has opened an Anchorage, Alaska based office and it is located at 310 K. Street, Suite 200. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 90188, Anchorage, Alaska 99509.
